“The Enchanting Charm of a Stray Cat with Hypnotic Eyes”

When Sandra Coudray came across a picture of Jasmine, a blind chimera cat, on the Association Adoption Felie Facebook page, she was immediately drawn to her and knew she had to adopt her. Despite being malnourished and frightened of people, Jasmine quickly learned to trust humans again with just a little bit of love. Now, the beautiful calico cat adores cuddles and kisses and is inseparable from her human mom. Coudray explains that she was particularly drawn to Jasmine because she had previously lived with a cat who had gone blind with age. Although Coudray had to leave Jasmine in the care of her brother while she visited her family in Normandy, the devoted cat waited for her on her bed every day. Now, Coudray says they can’t imagine their lives without Jasmine and the joy and love she brings them every day.

The kitty, who was unfortunately not in a good state, was brought to an animal shelter for care and assistance.

According to Coudray, his heart was stolen the moment he saw Jasmine on Facebook.

When I met the foster family, they informed me that the feline in question had a visual impairment. However, in my eyes, she is equally as remarkable as any other cat.

As soon as I saw her, I knew I wanted to give her a forever home. This decision was influenced by my prior experience of living with a senior cat who had lost their vision.

It is possible that malnutrition was the cause of her blindness, and as a result, she developed a fear of people and other animals.

Jasmine is a pet that adores affectionate gestures such as smooches and snuggles. She has developed a strong bond with her human caretaker, Coudray.

“On my recent visit to Normandy, I spent a few days catching up with my family while leaving my companion in the capable hands of my brother.”

Every day, she would patiently sit on my bed, waiting for me to come home.

“We’ve become inseparable – she needs us and we need her. The happiness and affection she brings into our lives is immeasurable.”
