Are you excited for the comeback of Black Eyed Peas and Shakira? Great news, as they have now collaborated with David Guetta to release a new song and music video entitled “Don’t You Worry.” The track has a lively summery tune and an outer space-themed visual that will definitely give you an otherworldly experience.
The most recent music video features three rap artists from BEP, namely will.i.am, apl.de.ap, and Taboo. In the video, they portray friendly aliens who visit Shakira’s planet with peaceful intentions. Shakira, famous for her hit track “Hips Don’t Lie,” takes the lead in welcoming and conversing with the new extraterrestrial visitors.
As the quartet sings, “No need to worry, don’t stress out,” Shakira morphs into a sci-fi character with metallic features. They then transport themselves onto a pyramid-shaped spacecraft.
“Relax, there’s no need to fret. Things will work out just fine.”
The musical group has just dropped a fresh tune that showcases Shakira, making it their second time collaborating with the artist. The first joint project was back in 2020 for their track “Girl Like Me” which peaked at No. 67 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
David Guetta, a long-time collaborator with the Black Eyed Peas, makes a cameo in the music video for “Don’t You Worry.” He’s known for his work on their popular track “I Gotta Feeling,” so fans might recognize the unique synthesizer melody in this new song.
BEP has given fans a sneak peek of their highly anticipated ninth studio album through a short clip on Instagram. The group expressed their appreciation for the hardworking creatives who have helped bring their vision to life, and also thanked their loyal fan base for their continuous support. Judging from what we’ve seen so far, it seems that the upcoming album may have a similar feel to their chart-topping hit “I Gotta Feeling.”
Take a look at the amazing music video of “Don’t You Worry” that will transport you to another dimension and explore the wonders of the universe.
